BBVNA July 4th Parade
Friday July 4, 2008
8 AM
Meet at the Faber's yard at the corner of Malvern and Arroyo Chico across from the site of the new neighborhood Plaza

Register your parade entry at 7:30-8:00 to win awards

The parade starts at 8:00 AM and goes along the north side of Arroyo Chico then down to Malvern and back to the starting point for a neighborhood potluck with sweet treats.

Put on your red-white-and-blue duds and join us to celebrate the USA birthday! There will be awards for the best entries. Or just come out to watch and visit with neighbors at the gathering and awards after the parade.

Note: The BBVN Teen Tile project to raise funds for the plaza will have a display of custom painted ceramic tiles that will be used to decorate the plaza and you'll have an opportunity to get one of your own!

OctoberFest!

Brad Toland did the Grilling Honors for us at the
BBVNA 2007 OctoberFest

About 30 neighbors showed up to chow down on brats, hotdogs, and potluck salads and deserts at the 2007 BBVNA OctoberFest. Many thanks to Yolanda and Jon Faber for loaning us their yard and furniture and to Karen and Dave for loaning us the grill. We couldn't do it without the hard work of our volunteers who made this year's OctoberFest another great Broadmoor neighborhood gathering.
